Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation Policy:
Either party may cancel this agreement with 28 days written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, work completed beyond the deposit amount shall be payable by the client.
Confidentiality Agreement:
Both parties agree to keep all project details confidential and not to disclose any information to third parties without written consent.
Liability and Warranty:
The business is not liable for any indirect damages caused by the delay or failure of services. Any claims against the business shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property created during the project shall belong to the client upon final payment. The business retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Uk
